OceanStyles.com to Donate 50% of Profits to Haitian Relief Efforts
With the recent devastation in Haiti, tiny online retailer OceanStyles.com pledges to contribute at least half of all its proceeds to urgently needed rescue efforts.

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL, January 16, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- South Florida based Ocean Styles announces today that it will start immediately donating at least 50% of its profits to the rescue and relief efforts going on in Haiti due to the earthquake that struck the poor nation this week.

Ocean Styles owner Rebecca McKeich feels compelled to do her part for the people of Haiti, even if it can't be as much as she would like. "I can't afford to give $1 million like Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt," she says. "But if my little company can raise enough money to buy baby formula for even one infant who might otherwise go hungry, then it is worth it."

She encourages other small business like hers to get involved in the Haiti earthquake relief efforts as well. "There are literally millions of companies out there that may feel like their small donation won't even make a ripple, but imagine if all of them were to donate just what they could afford, the impact that it would have."
